重庆市2013中考英语听说考试考试说明

为适应我市城乡综合改革实验区经济社会及教育发展及深入开展英语学科教改的需要,我市2013年中考将全面开展英语听说考试,考试采用“人机对话、智能评分”的方式进行。本说明对考试的目的、要求、内容、试卷结构、试题形式等做了具体的说明。

1.  考试目的

中考英语听说考试的目的是:根据义务教育《英语课程标准》的内容和要求,结合我市初中英语教学的实际情况对考生进行听说能力的考核,考试成绩作为高中录取的依据或者参考。

2.  考试内容

考试内容以《英语课程标准》中相关要求为依据,总体的考查目标如下:

1.  朗读、对话、表达等语言活动中,能做到语音语调正确,表达流利自然、有条理。

2.  能就五级要求词汇及五级词汇组成的短语进行简短的日常交际。

3.  能就一般话题进行简短的表达。

4.  能在英语说话过程中,把握要点,有条理地组织语言,完成意思表达。

John works in a factory near a small town. He likes fishing very much. When he is free, he goes fishing in a small river behind the factory. But there are few fish because the river is dirty. Then one summer, he goes to a big lake for his holiday and stays at a small cheap hotel.

On the first day, John gets lots of fish and he is very happy. After he goes back to the hotel, he cooks the fish for the other people there, and they enjoy the fish very much.

There is a supermarket near my home. Its only about 5 minutes walk between the supermarket and my home. We often go shopping there. In the supermarket there are many things on sale, such as clothes, books, audio-visual products and various foods, including rice, oil, vegetables, fruits, meat, snack food and drinks, etc. I often go to the market for the various kinds of cookies which are tasty. We like going to this supermarket because of the low prices as well as the heartful services there.

5.  评分标准

5.1  短文朗读

一档(32~40分):朗读语音语调正确,朗读自然流利,停、连读恰当,节奏感强。

二档(2432分):朗读自然流利,基本没有明显的语音、语调的问题。

三档(1624分):语音语调不够正确,朗读不够连贯,有一些错误。

四档(816分):语音语调较差,错误较多,朗读不连贯,漏读、回读的情况严重,影响意思表达。

五档(1~8分):语音、语调错误非常的严重,语音、语调有大量的错误;漏读、回读的情况非常严重,无法完成朗读任务。

5.2  情景反应

按照小题给分,每题5分,分为三档:

一档(4~5分):回答正确,流利,无明显语音、语法错误。

二档(2~4分):回答基本正确或回答出多数关键要点。语音语调良好,没有影响理解的语音语法错误;

三档(1~2分):只能回答出少数相关的词语或者回答不正确但是包含部分相关的词语。

5.3  话题表述

一档(24~30分):叙述或描述包含了要点中的所有内容。运用了较丰富的词汇和正确的语言结构,句子通顺,上下文意思连贯,表达清楚,语音和语调没有或基本上没有错误。

二档(1824分):叙述或描述基本上包含了要点中80%的内容。语言结构和所运用的词汇能基本上正确,句子较通顺,意思表达较清楚,语音语调基本上没有明显错误。

三档(1218分):叙述或描述包含要点中的60%以上的内容。句子所表达的意思较简单,上下文意思不够连贯,有明显的词语、语法及语音语调错误。

四档(612分):只说出部分题目和要点相关的内容,叙述或描述涉及要点中的40%左右。词语、语法及语音语调错误较严重。

五档(1~6分):叙述或描述明显偏离命题和要点的内容,或者只涉及少量要点。语言不规范,句子无条理,上下文意思不够连贯,词语、语法及语音语调错误非常严重。

附件二:听说考试过程简介

1.  考生登录

考生入座并戴上耳麦后,考试机器屏幕上自动显示登录界面,考生在登录界面中填入自己的准考证号码,单击“进入”按钮继续。如下图:

 

 

 

考生登录成功以后,考试机屏幕上显示考生个人基本信息。考生应认真核对所显示信息是否与自己相符,若不符可点击“重填”按钮,返回登录界面重新登录。核对完成以后,单击“进入”按钮,进入试音页面。

2.  试音

考生进入试音界面后,系统会放音提示考生进行试音,考生可根据系统提示朗读。若试音成功,会出现提示对话框,点击“确定”,系统自动进入第一题测试;若试音失败,可以重新试音。

3.  考试过程

考生根据计算机语音提示进行考试。每题读完后,请点击右下角“下一题”按钮,进入下一题测试。考试结束,计算机屏幕显示:请摘下耳机,等候考场指令。考生在监考教师的指导下离开考场。

4.  考试结束

当屏幕出现考试完成的提示界面时,考生考试结束。


 

附录四:考生注意事项

1) 考生按照指定时段到达侯测室,学习考试须知,观看考前培训视频,充分熟悉测试流程和答题要领。

2) 考生进入测试室后须快速找到自己的座位佩戴好耳麦(要特别注意耳麦佩戴的正确方法),并认真填写自己准考证号码登陆考试系统,并等待考试指令。

3) 试音过程中以中等音量试音,并在答题时保持中等音量,以免计算机因为音量过大或过小而误判,考试过程中不能用手触碰耳麦。

4) 在计算机展现或者播放题目时认真读题或者听题,并认真准备答题,在听到“嘟”的一声提示音后才开始答题。

5) 每一题答题结束,需尽快点击“下一题”或者“提交”按钮,以免录入过多无关语音,影响成绩。

6) 答题过程中,如果计算机正在处理信息,出现等待界面时,请耐心等待,不要自行进行无关操作。

7) 遵守考场纪律,独立完成测试,不交头接耳,不做与考试无关的事。

8) 考试过程中如遇系统异常或者故障,需举手等待老师过来解决,不可大声叫嚷,影响其他考生答题。
